Rhode Island Sunset

Spending a few days back in Rhode Island with my mother before hopping off to the next adventure.  It's really such a wonderful place to take a breath and step back from city life.  After living in Montreal for the better part of three years I have gotten to the point where I can appreciate being here without it feeling isolated, something I felt especially in high school.  Does anyone else feel strange going back to their childhood home after moving out? I'm sure it's nothing unusual.  For a little dinner on the water I threw on this dress I bought last year and some old season 3.1 Philip Lim shoes that I still totally adore. Thrown with a sweater I bought a few months back at Banana Republic, it was the perfect combination for a quiet weekday dinner. Passover Outfit

I normally don't like wearing an outfit made out of pieces I had bought that day.  Sure, I'm all for running home to throw on a new shirt to wear for a night out with friends, but a whole outfit? Isaac and I snapped these shots just before calling the uber to make our way to the suburbs for dinner.  This was my first experience of Passover, discounting our attendance at the previous night's festivities.  Having at least gone to the previous dinner, I had an idea what the dress code would be.  The dinner was fantastic and I'm so hap

Hello friends! What a fantastic time of year it is right now.  Isn't it just a fantastic time of year? The end of finals season! (For all us college kids out there) I'm in a very strange limbo at the moment between the end of my exams and the beginning of my summer job.  If you got a chance to read my latest post  you'll know that I'm moving to NYC for the summer to start a job for June 1st.  Beforehand though, I kind of am doing a bunch of traveling and bopping around.  I'll be staying in Montreal until the 12th, then heading back to Rhode Island to see family.  Then (this is the good part) I'll be going to Germany and France with some family members! That will be great fun and there will obviously be many photos taken.  After that I'm back to the states ready to move to the city! For now, I'm just taking it slow and getting my things together in preparation for moving.  I'm hoping to get a few outfits shot this week wh
